For anyone looking at the wheel options for the Competizione, it appears the standard wheels come with Pirelli tyres (again) and the option wheels have Michelin.

As discussed many times on here the Michelins are much better!

That is a strange one, I do like those wheels as well.....

Do what I do, get a second set of wheels with the right tyres and just get the FREE no cost option wheels on the Abarth  ;D Then sell them, ha ha.

I believe the one I test drove had Michelin PS3 tyres, that was a performance pack car

Had a look at both a Comp and Turismo at the weekend when passing a dealership.  Really like the coloured accents in diffuser and the front lip.  Just a shame the Modena yellow works really good with black stripes, which means the inserts are gloss black in matt black.

One thing I noticed was the whiskers, handles etc are all brushed/satin effect on Turismo.  On Comp they are the same dark colour used on the series 3 180 Comp except the whisker, which is brushed/satin.  Seems really odd to me.

Same goes for the interior.  Carbon in steering wheel.  Then carbon seat backs are an option in performance pack.  Then carbon dash, if available in UK as other dealer wasn't sure when I enquired a while back, is another option.  Without going all out on options it seems like you'd get loads of different colours/materials.  Especially now that the climate control and the (much better shaped &  chrome trimed) window button have glossy parts.

If you was to go with a Turismo in yellow when you'd get the lip & diffuser in yellow as standard.  Then ask your dealer to fit black stripes rather than the ordering option of stripes/mirror covers & corresponding lip/spoiler colours.  (Competizione I understand comes with black lip & diffuser as standard.)

Sorry if you'd thought of this already!

I've got a test drive in a new Comp next week whilst my one's being serviced.  Will see if I like it enough to trade the current one.  I'm more traditional in colour so would probably have white again with red stripes and the red inserts.  Will also need to decide if I want to custom order door handles again (dealer fit).
