Brakes Pads and Brake Discs Change Price?
« on: August 20, 2021, 12:32:33 pm »
Hi all, new here.

Recently had an MOT done and they've flagged my brakes pads and brake discs. They priced it all at £1,349 parts and £1,734 fitted and I feel that this is steep. I believe they are Brembo. Am I wrong to think that this is steep?

Cheers all.

    Hi

    Thanks for the warm welcome.

    It is a Competizione 16plate pre-facelift.

Does your car have 4 pot Brembos' and floating discs' on the front?

    Hi,

I had a similar quote from the dealer and they provided me with the part numbers, so I could source them myself.

Mine were Brembo drilled for the 595 50th Ani. and ordered them from Autodoc, original Brembos for £450 and the dealer charged another £150 to fit. Saved over £750!

Just enter the part number into the Autodoc app and hey presto!

    Hope this helps.
