500 A Oil Leak
« on: April 10, 2015, 03:30:36 pm »
Hi All
Been noticing Oil Patches on the Drive. Took Her Into a Garage for a look over. Oil Leak coming from a hose beneath the Rad, they siad it maybe a breather hose or a return from the Turbo if oil getting in. She only got 22k on the clock and is only 15 month old. Any Ideas and how long is the warranty. I dont want to be an unhappy Abarth Owner.

Warranty is 2 years from Abarth plus a 3rd year , with restrictions, from the dealer.

If servicing is up to date and registered with Abarth, if you're a 2nd owner, then take it to an Abarth dealer.

If the car is only 15 months old, then it'll have the full 3 year manufacturers warranty :thumb:

    Hi Guys

Just an Update. Took my A500 into Lipscombs Maidstone this morning. Not booked in but, they pretty much got straight onto it. I with given a A5OOC with 64 miles on the clock and very nice it is too.

Anyway, got a call this afternoon to say that the Oil pump / cooler has given up! all covered under warranty. So I get to test the 500c for a week plus. so prey for good Weather  ;D

Was also told that, I need new Tyres  >:(

Guys, any recommedations on what and where to get tyres that will compliment the Bank and the Car?

My tyres, tyre leader, camskill. Compare them 3 and buy from whoever offers best deal.

High performance tyre without high performance tyres look at Vredestein.  :thumb: Thank me later  ;)

Otherwise look at Michelin, Pirelli, Kumho, Goodyear etc.

Pm me if you need any help with tyres, I've tried plenty.
