After spending the best part of the day ringing all my customer (anybody who has an answer phone message I will try again tommorrow) I can finally confirm the price and availability of the Abarth 500.
The price of the base car (135bhp) will be £13500. Any option costs are the same as Fiat 500 (i.e. Skydome £550).
We all know by now that the first 200 cars are all the same and are priced at £14850 OTR. They will arrive at the dealers for launch in late Febuary.
Ordering for bespoke cars will open in the first week of January and those cars will arrive in the middle of March.
Hopefully demonstrators will arrive at the dealers sometime in January.
The only thing I haven't had confirmed yet is the price of the Esse Esse kit.
Looks like it will be a Happy Christmas.

Is there a list of available options (as I know that there are some differences to F500)?

I look at it as a Porsche Targa equivalent; not bad for £550!

I've been dreading posting this - Fiat have put their prices up as of 1st Jan, largely to reclaim the VAT cut.

That means the options are going back up a few quid to what they were before, but as I understand it, the base price of the car should still be the same £13,500.
