2014 abarth 500 seat tilt lever
« on: December 16, 2020, 03:05:04 pm »
Hello everyone. New owner here! I've just bought a 2014 abarth and am tying to iron out a few problems with it...one of which is a snapped seat tilt lever.

Having owned VW's for years I'm used to the resourcefulness of owners groups and forums and wondered if anyone has managed to graft a slightly less expensive lever into their (standard, non leather) seats?

The part in question is:

https://www.glynhopkinpartsonline.co.uk/products/abarth-500-handle-lh-seat-71752325?_pos=1&_sid=c24d6a566&_ss=r

but at 115GBP it rather smarts!

Dremels, Drills and Fiberglass are all options to tweek something sensible into place > any ideas on what might be a suitable donor?

    Hi Abarthstu.
I had the same problem both of my levers broke I used the company listed below, these are genuine Fiat parts, bit of a pain to fit though hope this helps.
