You usually find that the family run dealers, irrelevant of size are much better at customer service. Thats because the owner of the buisness is usually on site and dosen't want to hear that customers are unhappy. As you said in your previous post, If you are happy with the service you will come back for more and tell some friends. If your unhappy, you will never return and tell everyone.

Sorry i've not been here to answers guys, but i've been in a meeting all day (not with Abarth).
Dazza is refering to an e-mail that was sent yesterday, which I received this morning.
The official spec that was released by Abarth U.K. last week was not quite correct! The correct spec is as seen in Dazzas picture. Alloy wheel option 4AY and a red scorpion on the bonnet.
Hopefully by now, all of my customers should have received a phone call from Jon C about it, if not I'm sorry and we will get to you tommorrow.

By the way, if you don't want the scorpion on the bonnet, we can easily remove it for you.

Well I'm glad really as this has confirmed for me that I will be speccing mine myself. I like the other wheels that were originally going to be on it. I would be suprised if anyone asks for the scorpion on the bonnet to be left on! I think it looks really naff.

Agreed, no point spending what I consider a lot of money on a car your not 100% happy with.

I'm personally pretty disappointed with this dictated to spec, and that I'm going to have to wait even longer to get the 500 Abarth I want, especially as I placed deposit back in July.

Also when we placed a deposit, although Abarth had not announced a price for the car, it was pretty well put about it will cost approximately £13.5k + options.

But these 'Launch Models' are putting it firmly close or to £15k quite far over peoples expectations I'd say.
