Thought I'd see if an upgrade would help with the poor range of the OEM ones. Unlike my 500X which uses one H4 bulb for dip and main, the 595 requires two H7's per side. Next quirk was the handbook  which was very ambiguous, I managed to do the headlamps under the bonnet OK with their springy clips but the handbook seemed to indicate the dipped beam was not only under the bonnet but also behind the panel in the wheel arch liner.......
Once I'd established either dip or main was behind the lower panel I turned the wheels to full lock and tried to reach the bulb but it was hard to see what I was doing. Thought I'd remove the wheel (then handbook says you can only do that a Dealer) and anyway no jack or wheel brace. Tried to get my 500X jack underneath but could not loosen the wheel nuts anyway so returned to the awkard panel under the wheel arch.
Here my car differed from the handbook again as there was not a spring clip to squeeze as shown but just a push-pull click clip like the 500X providing you got the cut outs in the right place and thankfully easier as I have big hands! I attached the electrical lead to the bulb terminals, this gave me more purchase and made it easier to orientate too. Put round cover back on and then wheel arch liner cover and repeat other side!
Not been out yet to see if they have made a difference.... Obviously did not touch the glass of the bulb with my fingers either.

Have a read through Tuning and modifications board - Latest mods JGRIFF I think you would find it interesting. Over the years our Abarths have had poor lights and as we live out in the sticks improvement was needed. I went through various brands of uprated bulbs, but found their claims to be very overrated. In the end a good quality xenon kit, properly adjusted, for the low beams was as good as it was going to get with the standard light units.
We now have LED replacements and on our older non Abarth car they have been a good upgrade.
These were sourced from a company called ABD who do not do cheap chinese LEDs.

The best lights are the factory xenons, but to retro fit them would not be easy.

You need to be careful with that, since Jan 2021 it's been an MOT fail to fit LEDs (or HIDs) to headlights which weren't designed for them. Factory fit HIDs would be fine though.
