Abarth 124 Spotted
« on: November 27, 2015, 07:50:40 pm »
Hopefully a bit more than 170bhp!

This is the Abarth 124 Spider. It has some characterizations that distinguish it from the Fiat version: wheels, oversized and more sporty design, the four tailpipes and a new air intake on the hood. The engine will be the same as the version Fiat, but with the power increased to 170 hp. According to our sources, it will debut in early 2016, only to be sold in the second half of that year.

For Abarth brand, 2016 will be a very important year: in addition to the 124 Spider will debut under the brand of “Scorpion” also 500X and renewed versions of 500/595/695.

Officina Red 595 Competizione 180hp,  Matt Black Stripes

I hope it isn't. That's way too quick to market for them to have engineered the 4C motor in there. I'm hoping this is just a sportier spec 124, not the Abarth version.

Im led to believe the 124 will onle be available in two spec models...none of them "sportier"and fiat are aiming the 124 to be toned down so i doubt well see a sporty spec...well not in the near future.i doubt they would mask a better spec fiat...so this myst be the abarth.
