Hi everyone

I've kept a little eye on auto trader over the last year of so and I'm sort of feeling that prices are going up a little.

Through the winter prices appeared to range between £15k - £20k depending on age and spec etc.

Of late prices for a few cars have gone over the £20k threshold and one today is £21,500.

Compared to some MX5's I had felt the 124 was really good value, so maybe its just the market catching up? Let me add I'm no expert on the car market so if anyone knows better please share the knowledge / experience.  Also I'm not advocating this as an investment, I'm strongly of the view this is a car to enjoy today.

Anyway car value is possibly worth a double check before you next insure it.
