Got my card and it seems to be working ok and has speed camera alerts etc. Does anyone know how to successfully open  the tool box app to a MAC computer. Ive downloaded it successfully, its the right version but it doesn't open ? It just sticks on "unpacking"

Spoke to Naviextras people and they say Mac is not supported despite them offering a download of their software for Mac.
I am having HUGE difficulties getting my SD card to do the normal update.  Abarth customer services aware but as yet can't help.  :(

I had no problem using my iMac for this about 2 months ago but I just tried to open the application and was met with this message -"New Version v1.0 [rev.2110963#b403]".  I suppose the problem could be with this.

Fitted my 'genuine copy' SD card today and now have satnav. £30 instead of £300-£400 or whatever Fiat / Abarth charge now. Thanks to this forum for the advice.

Successfully downloaded the map update tool and updated my maps to 2019 (!!!!)

How do we know when new map updates are available without taking the SD card out of the car?

Apparently HERE maps are updated every 3 months for Android so how come Fiat/Abarth updates are so sparse?
The car flew through the landscape like a grey thunderbolt, leaving awe and envy in its wake.

I bought one off eBay and it has speed cameras, postcode entry (although a little fiddly to enter first time), but NO traffic updates as far as I can tell. Hope this helps. A
