Hi Andrew - I've had mine a year.  It's a brilliant car and so much fun to drive.  The pros are endless-great handling, head turning looks, rarity, easy pop down hood, comfortable driving position etc.  Things to look out for in my experience:-
    * depending on your agility - try to get in and out without putting too much pressure on the side seat bolster.  Mine's wearing after 5000 miles and I've seen other references to this problem.
    * my wife is quite short (5ft) and I have had to raise the seat so she can see properly out of the windscreen.
    * if you have an auto don't use the sport mode for idling round town-it will stay in the lower gear when it really needs to change up. In all other situations ONLY use the sport mode!
    * storage is limited so I bought a couple of after market bins which slide between the seat and the centre console. I put sunglasses etc. in mine.
Otherwise agreat car - just enjoy! Cheers Rob

By the way there is a good article in Auto Italia magazine if you don't mind stumping up £5.50 for the back issue (Jan 2019 - edition 275)

Thank you for the advice, much appreciated. Especially your thoughts on Sport mode which is something I would never have worked out.

    Thank you

    Andrew

As you all know this car is Awesome. Just got mine and have smiled every moment I'm in the car.

I was looking for a bootliner as the odd muddy jacket of bag can really trash a boot. I've searched around and was hoping to find a rubber base that would also go up the sides a bit. Has anyone found a solution. I'm also happy to cut lino or do other stuff and self build if that's the best option. Any tips or products you have and rate are appreciated.

    Thanks

    Andrew

I just use an oblong plastic tray with deep sides (about 16cm) my wife bought for oven cleaning when I need to protect the boot from dirty boots etc.  I remove it when not needed.

The auto Italian magazine was really good. A couple of facts to wet your appetite. 51% heritage look, 14% visibility pack, 60% manual. I see only 1 left for sale new in the country. Basically that’s the end of the beginning, but just the start of the fun!
