Yep, you should always tell your insurer.  It's how you word it that makes a difference ;)

"Hello.  I've got some optional Fiat/Abarth "sports suspension" fitted to my car.  What, there's no increase in premium?  Thanks Mr. Insurance Company! :thumb:"

"Hi.  I've just had new lower suspension fitted to my car.  Yes, it's just been fitted after-market.  What's that, you want me to drop my trousers and touch my toes?  Oooh! :o"

Extreme example and does not portray the specialist insurance companies such as Adrian Flux, Sky, Chris Knott, etc.. but you get the idea :)

Let me know how you get on with these! Very tempted to get a pair. Where did you get them from? Also how much lower are the springs compared to the stock height?

The principal mechanic needed to take a fortnight off for a family related matter. It's no bother
     I can wait.

Konis finally fitted.  :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

Had a god-awful drive down to Monza in every kind of weather imagineable  :o

When I arrived home, the Supersport looked like it had done several stages on the WRC.

Will keep you posted on performance and how they bed in.
Monza asked me to return in a few weeks time to check the alignment. :thumb:

Insurance-wise, Hastings acknowledged that I needed to inform them so they could make a note on the system but there was no charge for making the change. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

How are the Koni's Blacken? Hope your enjoying them. Debating whether to buy the Assetto Koni Kit myself. Can get the Koni FSD's and Brembo springs for £535 from TMC. Would you mind me asking if you got them cheaper and how much it cost you to have them fitted?

Seriously debating buying them. Whats your verdict :thumb:
