Induction Kit
« on: November 10, 2013, 12:10:32 pm »

Just ordered a "Forge Motorsport" Induction Kit, this will bond well with the uprated dump valve I bought from them as well. Pic's to follow when it's been installed. Rolling road visit will be due to see any bhp gains.  :thumb:

Have you booked the dyno? might wanna save some cash there unless you just put on a TMC kit.

Don't mean to be the one to rain on your parade but unless your last intake was you physically blowing into the intake there will be no noticeable bhp gains to be had.

Not to say that it won't sound/look beast and you should defo upload a vid :D

I've linked it before but it's a good vid if you have 10mins:

Also there is this which is about the filters:

I have a BMC replacement air filter in the standard box, I'm not going down the TMC Kit route, going to have something different & not bothered about doing a Dyno yet as I know it's working fine. If I do a Dyno (can be £50 a go) run i'll put the results on here.

You get a nice "Dyson" sucking sound of air 1st, then a deep growl as the revs rise followed by the dump valve woooosh releasing the un-used turbo air.  :thumb:
