I'm not aware of anyone using these type of kits on an Abarth. From previous Subaru ownership, they were quite popular in that community. I would maybe do some research in the Jap forums as to cost and benefits. As, I guess this is always the bottom line.
The Ape may well benefit, but you may be the guinea pig.... If you make the leap let us know..
