Dyno and Remap
« on: February 05, 2015, 08:23:27 pm »
I bit the bullet and had the APE remapped. Before the remap it produced 178 HP and 270nm of torque on the Dyno which was a surprise for a standard car. The remap only added another 10 HP but it is miles better than before.

We have a guy in Chorley called WG Tuning who does Viezu re maps.  You get dyno run before and after so there is no bull about horsepower. The final Dyno runs didn't show much more HP but the car is much better. The new map fills in all the gaps in the power curve and it really feels like a performance car now.

Brilliant!!! Its probably the increase in torque that has made the difference!  ;D
