The Konis or any other damper don't affect the ride height, that is determined by the springs :thumb:

You missed my point about the 18's Will. To have a decent drop on 17's you would need shorter springs. Because only with the 18's would the wheels fit the arches nicely. So unless you get a set of esseesse rims to match you wont get a nice drop.

I agree about the warranty. Although even if I bought the official Koni kit I would have to have it fitted by an official Abarth dealer. And I will damned if im paying their prices.

Im not as fussy as most people about ride quality. The 100HP is notorious as having one of the worst OEM rides. As hard as a park bench as Top Gear explained it. Yet even on the bombed out streets of Sheffield I thought it was fine.

You can get them fitted by an approved Abarth Service Centre, their labour is much more reasonable :thumb:

To get the drop im after (17's filling the arches) I will need either shorter springs or coilovers. So the Koni kit isnt suitable for my needs.

I am more interested in a better ride than the ride height.

Blacken; I'm not too far from you so if you want to drive a Supersport with the Koni kit then let me know and we'll meet up at some point.

Failing that I'll be at Brooklands this weekend and Ace Cafe next month (14th August).

I have the full EsseEsse kit on my Supersport and have to say I prefer it now to when I bought it from new as a standard Supersport.

What do you like most about your car since the upgrade? What areas have improved?

The handling and ride feel i love! Feel a lot more confident in corners than on the original setup and it's not as harsh as some say, but that is just my take on it, I didn't buy it for comfort....
