It was quite a straight forward part to install, the most annoying thing were the pictures from "Forge" arrived  in "B&W" (I could not work out what pipes had to be either changed / removed or cut), found the pictures in colour, everything became eaiser.

I've asked "Forge" to send out colour & not "B&W" install pictures to buyers for this part.

I'll upload a video of what the valve sounds like soon.

You can have something similar without replacing the whole electronic Blow Off Valve.

Forge do a Spacer for exactly this.

Seeing as the Puntos already make a bit of turbo flutter under off throttle revving Id imagine they make abit more noise than the A500 Forge BOV

I was interested in an atmosphere blow off valve. However when I read the fitting instructions on the Forge item and realised how much I would have to butcher the pipes on the car I lost all interest. I then found the adapter plate and I think thats a much better idea. An even better idea is the same sort of item sold by an Italian firm. It has an adjuster on the side which allows you to turn it off or on. It also enables you to basically "adjust the volume" by selecting how much is expelled to the atmosphere. The video for that item is below.

Does anybody know why the guy takes off all the pipes? Was it just to make it easier to show what he's doing as I don't think it was necessary.

I have one fitted and it is very noticeable. Easy to fit as well.
