K&N vs standard filter before and after video

I hope this works!

This is a video of me changing my standard filter for a K&N flat panel filter. In the middle I start the engine briefly without any filter but dont try this at home kids. Seriously you will damage your engine if you drive it without the filter.

    Sounds pretty damn awesome, and it sucks that your turbo and engine would blow up without a filter, because it gets a proper rally style chatter without haha, always been tempted to give mine a rev when I have the filter off but I refuse to risk it

    Also, couldn't help but think of this picture while watching this video  :whistle:

    Haha, I'm pretty sure a couple of vids of my car are the same, but since I saw that picture my whole world of phone camera filming has been transformed  :whistle:

    Spent ages trying to find this Thread after watching it yesterday, I wanted to see it again in time for replacing my own air filter with a BMC one i've just ordered, But I was wondering, why do you take the trumpet out the bottom of the air box? what does it achieve?

    Also any tips for removing the hose clamp?
