It definitely has got a much deeper noise as it draws the air in, I love it!  ;D

Tom where did you get your pipe work done, I tried the TMC bmc induction kit but it sounded very sneezy and put me off alittle. :-)

A place called TX Autosport, I have so far been very please with there work! I started with having a custom exhaust made there and then it went onto last friday having this custom Induction made along with new intercooler and all pipe work  :thumb:

Sounds top notch, am running a titanium exhaust which sounds epic messed about with induction kits but I was very fussy and took it off, was taking of doing a custom one and I liked where yours is placed ;-)

Love the titanium exhaust  :thumb: ! Yeahhhh I went there and told them exactly how I wanted it and where I wanted it placed....then they made it up :) ! Feels some much more responsive, weirdly especially in normal mode....but I think this is due to normal being lifeless normally, I can really feel the change more!

Class it is hard to find a sweet spot :-) what sort of filter is on the end is it a bmc double cone ? What size is the pipework 80mm's  ?

I didn't quiet know how it was going to come out because obviously mine is the first one but im well impressed with it :) ! Its TX's own cone filter and the induction piping it 2.5" :)

Tom do you mid if I ask how much ou paid, I'm looking to get it done also, do you find it's better than a cone system ? Does it still draw in hot air ?

Hi, Might be a silly question but when people say they asked for a Custom induction kit, what does that entail? What type of things do you ask specifically for etc? Plus what is best? I'm interested in getting one done for my SuperSport at some point but not sure how to go about it and what would be best for performance and a nice (not over the top) turbo chatter etc.

I'm sure you all know more than me so would be good to hear your advice :thumb:

Well i was playing with a few ideas, both ideas using stainless steel piping and red silicone. One idea was to obviously have it like it is now running an open cone down into the front bumper or the other idea was to have the induction kit running the same way as the standard airbox but with a carbon airbox on the end and a cold air feed then running down into the bumper. Open cone will always give a louder noise but where mine is located its definitely going to be drawing in much cooler air over standard....because its not my daily driver thats why i went down that route but to be honest, just driving along with the window up and music on at a normal level you can barely hear it. Obviously where mine is located now will be more likely to get water reaching it over the standard set up but again its not that low down and i have recently put protection plastic panels underneath to stop any water getting up there :)

Without the protection trim (i dont know why they dont come on the car because the pieces of trim are off a gp t-jet)

A little update, reworked the induction kit and now have a carbon airbox instead of cone filter. It takes a different route too now :)

Looks great do you still get a lot of turbo flutter with the box?

Yeahhh but not as much as an open cone but i prefer it with airbox as its less intrusive :)

Fitted a k&n induction kit at the weekend. Sounds are mad. Blow off valve sound is much louder and loads of turbo chatter. The induction noise is good too.

Could you link me to the page you bought this? As looked around and couldn't find one? Thanks
