TMC. Your feelings
« on: September 08, 2011, 03:45:00 pm »
Well two posts in less than an hour. Ok another one for you all to help me with before i buy the APE.
How many of you are using the TMC kit and is it worth just getting and fitting the day i buy it.
Any comments welcome.

Yep fit the TMC box straight away, no problem. I fitted mine straight off, pretty sure Daron at TMC did to.
Your engine will be a little tight at first, the more miles on it the better, my EVO is rapid with 11k on the clock.

You seem a little cautious, so jump in fit it, and enjoy the fun from the off ;D

I don't have one but reports are pretty positive, the stock car is pretty nippy though, I’d let it loosen up then when you get to know it better and want more power add the box, I’ve been on track with some nice motors and the stock car wasn’t found wanting, does well with its claimed 163bhp.

I had round 1k on my clock when I put it on and I love the box, I'd highly recommend one.

Hate it driving car to and from dealers now with the box off :)
