Badly fitting dash
« on: March 23, 2014, 10:50:42 am »
I have noticed that the plastic shroud around the ignition key area isnt flush. Its fine on the left side of the steering wheel but the join to the left of the key isnt flush. Is this something to worry about and take it back to the dealer. Or is it just another build quality issue and nothing to worry about. The only thing im thinking about is that the dealer could make it worse.

We have exactly the same issue in a Fiat Punto just delivered (where Ape is perfect). May be trapped wire as it won't snap back. We'll get fixed at first service. Your dealer really should do the same, if not before!

I might just leave it because I have a feeling the dealer might make it worse.
