Not looked at the them on my Evo. But they're normally the same on all cars. Rears are easy. Remove rear wheel. Get a mate to step on the rear disk to push the rear swing arm down, pull the old one out and re-insert the new one.
Fronts are more complicated. I would suggest you removed the suspension from the back of the hub and drop the whole shock/damper assembly, then remove the spring with spring compressors and replace with the new spring. If I'm honest I'd get a garage or mobile mechanic to change the fronts......
As I said, it's normally the same principle for most modern cars. But I'm sure someone else will advice if it's different.
