Quick q to all ape owners out their-

How many miles do you get out of £25 fuel???

All depends on what the litre costs

You can see the mileage I have for the tanks I have logged here

    http://www.fuelly.com/car/abarth/punto%20evo/2011

There are two Evos on the site, the other guy must do mainly city driving as he gets a lot less than me, My running average if I discount track miles is about 38mpg or 8.4 miles per litre.

    with a litre @ 1.41 that's approx 149 miles to 25 quid.

At just over 4000 miles I am getting 37 mpg on largely short distance demanding (hills!) driving, BUT not much better than that on a run.  Could be the foot gets heavier on the open road...

    What did the garage say?

For reference my lowest tank I recorded was 19.2mpg that was approx 80-90 miles on track and probably 35-45 miles in rush hour traffic to the petrol station after all the laps.

So I'd say something is up, have you put it back to stock?

You must get more than that mine does about 240 miles to 54 quid. The dash usually shows around 28-30. What little driving i do is mostly short town runs.
Build quality wise i can't fault it.

I get between 280 and 300 to a tank in my AGP SS, that's a mix of all kinds of roads in moderate traffic and a bipolar right foot...

As the Evo is suppose to better on fuel Id hope you'd get more than that..

Yeah, that seriously kills fuel economy... At least you have start stop to help a little :-)

As you have mentioned air noise I still think you should have a look for a hole, other suspects are dodgy lambda sensor for poor economy, I'd seriously get it looked at because if you are horrendously overfuelling it will lead to more expensive problems due to bore wash etc.

    How is its performance generallly?
