Steering in Sport mode feels unresponsive
« on: April 15, 2012, 07:41:23 pm »
Hi Everyone,

Recently my steering in sport mode especially the first 1/8 of a turn feels really unresponsive like its in normal mode or city steering has turned itself on (when moving). If I travel along doing normal speeds and wiggle the wheel side to side a bit it feels really light. When you get past he initial 1/8 of a turn it feels better.

Has anyone else experienced this at all?

Thanks a lot

Jake

Its normal, i went through that stage, Moving the car from side to side like i was warming the tyres up for a race, soon forgot about it though.
Just drive it like you stole it :D.

    Same in the AGP.

It is worse when the tyre pressures are wrong and the toe is out on the front.

Check your pressures and enjoy! :thumb:

Tyre pressures are crucial, i can tell the handling is going off in the EVO. Also a good geo set up is worth every penny, more noticable for track driving, but still worth it, for fast road use.

So true, except I was getting the opposite in non-sport. First 1/8th of a turn was heavy like sport. Both fronts and backs had dropped to 2.1!
