Have just bought our first 500 Abarth and joined the forum so when the wife was shopping round online for quotes I told her to try Adrian Flux as well.  Got a text 2 days later saying they could offer £385, which is higher than we have been quoted elsewhere.  Thought they may be able to do better if i called them to request the club discount referred to on this forum.  Spent 20 mins on the phone to be offered £424 after the club discount.  Not sure what is going on.

    Just wanted to provide an update to this post.  Dan has made some enquiries and there were a couple of differences between the 2 quotes which may explain some difference in cost.  He has tried to beat the best quote ive had and whilst he couldnt get that low, he did get closer to it.  Seems like a top bloke - A for effort!

    i still dont understand why the price increased after applying club discount.
    does the club discount not actually exist ?

    Hi, I obviously can't go into too much detail but on this occasion the information entered online was adjusted on the phone which resulted in a slight increase in premium. There absolutely is the club discount available & that is up to 15%.
