Been happy with Adrian Flux as my insurer so far, been very helpful with any changes I had to make throughout the year and I have recieved a good service on all occasians. However after receiving a renewal quote for almost double the price compared to last year I can confidently say I will be going elsewhere. Especially after the poor excuses I heard from Adrian Flux when I called to find out why there was such a vast increase in price. (£1200)

Especially since Direct Line just offered me a quote for £550 fully comp without any black box nonsense.

Expected better from a service that claims to be a specialist insurer.
