Been happy with Adrian Flux as my insurer so far, been very helpful with any changes I had to make throughout the year and I have recieved a good service on all occasians. However after receiving a renewal quote for almost double the price compared to last year I can confidently say I will be going elsewhere. Especially after the poor excuses I heard from Adrian Flux when I called to find out why there was such a vast increase in price. (£1200) :thumbd:

Especially since Direct Line just offered me a quote for £550 fully comp without any black box nonsense.

Expected better from a service that claims to be a specialist insurer.

    Sorry to hear this!

    I'm really pleased to hear you've happy with the service you've required up until now, but it's always disappointing to hear when that opinion is changed.

    If you'll give me the chance to look at this I'd really appreciate it if you could drop me a PM with your details so I can trace the policy and ensure we're doing the best we can, it seems strange that the price would jump so high without a reason.
