Don't Use Adrian flux

If i was anyone on here i would not use adrian flux after my experience...

When i took the policy out with them i informed them there was a claim that had been closed with no effect on my side i never claimed and the other party had failed to asnwers to details asked by my old insurance... After a letter from Adrian flux asking for more info about claim i explained it was closed and nothing claimed and i even asked my insurance company to talk to adrian flux and say this but Adrain flux can not get the info out of them even though i have ask them to.. Is this my problem eerr No... i have ask them and they refuse to issue the info to AF, Now AF have said if i dont get the info in 24hr my policy will be canceled, Who the hell are they the maffia... Stuff your policy and swival for your money you scamming rip off gits...

Rant over and out of pocket by £70

New policy with old insurance took out and i have to pay £60 extra than AF but lost the £70 but thats there fault and i think it stinks... 14 days driving £70 yeah cheap thanks AF  :thumb: (Not)  :P

    They will have a hard job i have had to cancel as they wanted to know the details of the claim and if my insurance company wont give it them then there isnt anything i can do, I need to be insured and had to pull out of them to get insurance today, They have really pee'd me off....

    In fact i plan on taking it further  :thumb:

    Dunno about that, i've had nothing but good service from them tbh. Sounds like a crummy situation though wibbla, hope it gets sorted.

    I've used them twice.

    First time was excellent - added modifications like there was no tomorrow and they were very reasonable on costs for them (most they didn't add a policy increase).

    Second time was a total disaster - they were completely useless to deal with and gave the impression that once they had your money they didn't care!  In the end I had to cancel and due to their cancellation fees I lost £120 of my £460 payment, 1 month and 2 days in.

    From people I've spoken to in the past (mainly with Jap cars); if you don't need to speak to them or make any claims then they are great and usually quite cheap.  The second you actually need them then they fall apart, don't want to know and never return your calls.

    The phrase "you get what you pay for" springs to mind :thumbd:

    Of course everyone gets treated differently and service is not always the same - but beware..  There was a 7 page thread listing problems with them on another forum I used to visit.

    I have had a great email from the so called great AF in reference to my insurance i canceled.

    Aparently because i never told them about the claim (I did it was closed nothing hapened) they have the right to keep £40 for the time insured and £30 for me aparently lieing, The only liars are them, I bent over back wards to to sort out with LV for them to tell AF about the claim that never happened and this cost me over £5 in calls i thought it was £4 something but no it was more and they have the cheek to say i can have £6.51 back well thank you for stealing my money from me i hope you can sleep,

    I would hate to see what would happen if anyone had to claim with AF they would find some small print and lie to get out of it.
