S4 head unit change

Hi all does anyone know if it is possible to change the standard head-unit on a 18 plate 595 to something aftermarket have been looking but dont appear to be able to find anything. Any help really appreciated

    Did you have any joy changing your headset?

    I posted a similar question and then saw your one after !
