Replacing speaker in standard A500 subwoofer

Hi All  :wave:

Has anyone replaced the speaker in the standard under seat sub?  Mine is crackling away and I can only find people selling the complete sub.  Not looking to spend a lot as I like to hear my car but I would like it mending :)  My car is a 2009 A500
