2011 Abarth USB Port for USB Memory Stick?

hello!

Does anyone know do I need a Blue&Me adapter to play music via USB memory sticks?

I tried plugging the USB stick directly into the USB port located in front of the 2 Cup holders in the center console & nothing came up.

The Blue&Me Adapter described in TMC website says its compatible with iPhone/iPod & mentioned nothing about USB memory sticks.  ??? ???

    it should just play them as long as the music files are just MP3's etc, try pressing the Windows button on the steering wheel and saying "auto play on", it should reply back confirming, then take the USB stick and stick it back in again, it should start playing the first track on your stick.  ;D

    Thanks! hmmm I did try this morning but no luck, said "auto play on" it did gave me a feedback "auto play on" then I plug the stick in but nothing went on. did the same move again, this time with the stick inserted still no luck.
