Blackberry Help
« on: November 18, 2009, 03:50:37 pm »
Hi everyone
I have a blackberry storm and am having trouble getting the music to play through the system when I plug it in. Just wondered if anyone else has got one and had any joy? Any input would be a great help. Thanks

As far as I know the only phone you can play music off of is the Iphone with the adaptor, nobody has corrected me when I have voiced this assumption before. Afraid you have to look to putting it on a stick.

My phone can play all the music on it if I select it to be used as a hard drive. It's a HTC diamond and can be quiet useful but I still prefer to use a small usb stick as it saves me having to plug my phone in each time i get in the car.

Good point there are a number of phones you can set to HHD mode when attached to a USB interface.

The Blackberry can go into "mass storage mode" when you plug it into a computer so I dont see why it wouldn't do it with the car.
If you have been asked about the mode before, you may of clicked the "Dont ask me again button" in which case you would need to find the setting to activate it again (sorry, dont know where it is)
