Blue and Me

Got about 4 separate guides in my owners pack and still haven't got a clue what it's all about ! Can somebody clarify the basic principle ? Is it that if you have a compatible mobile phone you can link it to your car's communication system so that you don't actually have to use the phone in the car ? But do you still need the handset IN the car for it to work ??

    Basically once your mobile has been set up it should log into the car via Bluetooth and enable you to answer calls on the steering wheel.
    Depending on which handset you have it may copy your phonebook to the car giving you voice dialing and may even read out text messages to you.
    You still have to have the handset in the car with you but it can be in your pocket/ glovebox.
    The USB socket in the glovebox enable you to play MP3's from a usb stick through the stereo.

    its fairly easy actualy. john has explained it well but if you really are stuggling with it take it to your dealers and get them to show you how it works :)

    on the other hand didnt the dealership show you how to use it? i know i was shown how to use it when i bought my fiat GP and when i bought my AGP they were going to show me how to use it again until i mentioned my previous car.

    It is really easy to use and a great if you have a comparable phone. Getting mp3's playing in the right order is another matter. The easiest way is to Create a playlist in windows media player.
