If anyone has a car with the SatNav version that is located within the instrument binacle (not sure the name of this version), check the USB that you received. It should be contained within the box that the CD for the UK & Ireland maps came in.

Mine wasn't - I received a separate box with a Fiat branded USB. Apparently this has been causing the problems I have had with SatNav, as there is software specific to the system on the correct stick.

I have no idea whether this will work. I thought I would raise it though, as apparently it is a known problem, that the boxes are opened during shipping and the USBs go 'missing'. Seems trivial, but it will be annoying if this turns out to be the cause of the problems I have had with the system reading the USB and I was not told the truth from the outset and given the genuine part.
