CB - Blue & Me doesn't support the Bluetooth streaming audio protocol, so what this app does (BTMono, BTHeadset and possibly others on Android) is send the audio stream through the Bluetooth headset protocol which is used for phone calls. This is mono only, and the audio quality is not as good as the A2DP protocol - noticeably so.
