Can anyone help please??

2009 Abarth 500 using Blue and Me adaptor to my iPhone has never missed a beat, all of a sudden not working?
I've tried another charge lead but it looks like there is no power to the Usb socket, before I start to dismantle to try and find the problem has anyone else had a similar problem? Maybe as simple as a fuse hidden somewhere..

    Disconnect the car battery for 5 minutes and do a hard reset of the iPhone.

    Now working... Disconnected the neg terminal of the Battery for 30 mins.
    I agree with a previous comment I've read somewhere Fiat/Abarth using a Microsoft/Windows based system and Apple's iPhone's almost non compatatable product with anything but other Apple products...the company's obviously have rivalry .. Hense the need for the Blue and Me adaptor.

    What audio are you able to play? Local on phone, streaming?  Which iPhone?
    I have a 2009 Abarth 500 and couldn't find anyone with the adapter to check if it works or not. Not fond of paying for an adapter that doesn't work.
