Do you know if you have the correct software in your car.
Example, my daughters 500c was not able to pair with my Tom tom and realised that it had the blue and me software for cars without navigation. I was able to get the software installed for BM with navigation and it paired immediately

    Hi. I also have the "Abarth logo" Tom Tom unit, but my internal battery is dead. anyone know of a replacement. ? Thank´s
