Title: No sound

Morning everyone, thanks for letting me join.
I bought my Abarth 500 ‘59 plate on Saturday. Radio and CD player work fine, but there is no noise from media player and I can’t hear the ‘lady’ or phone calls.
I’ve disconnected the battery as previous posts, I’ve updated B&M to latest version....still nothing.
Any help appreciated please, it’s driving me crazy!
