Hi Jamie

Many thanks I will purchase a USB specifically for the upgrade, just a thought my car is a 63 plate so would it not be v7 from the factory ?

Could have but won't be the TomTom version, so it will allow an upgrade.

As I said in a previous post, I tried various usb sticks before I found a SanDisk Cruzer 16gb did the job of updating B&M on the car :thumb:

I can confirm that Jimmy is correct, the update allows the unit to pair to the car  :thumb:
Sorry Bernie, the price of yours has just plummeted like chucking a brick off a cliff (bit like buying a Bravo really)

Resurrecting this thread for some help! (Looking at you specifically John501). I recently purchased the 695 Maserati Edizione and am having the same problem described with pairing the Abarth Blue & Me TomTom to the car. Should I install ver. 7 as this thread suggests or is there now a newer version I should install?

Any help on this would be much appreciated.  :thumb:

Once version 7 is on the car, future updates will recognise you have Tom tom and you should be able to install version 8 no problem

Which generation of B&M is on your car, either first or second?
Look at the faqs on page 5

Could any of you help me please. Don't want to have similar issues.

Do any of you know which Tom Tom I should buy whether it be the tomtom 2 live or a Abarth branded tomtom for my 63 plate APE. Was hoping to get one at Xmas.

Where is the best/cheapest place to buy from?

I use the FIAT  TOM TOM live 2 that comes with the plug in holder (option 68R).

It suit me fine and shows up on car's speedo display. :thumb:

I have no knowledge of Abarth version
