Salve, fellow Abathisti!
I bought a 2009 Abarth 500, and like everyone else I have discovered that the Blue&Me system is virtually useless because you can't use bluetooth to stream music or GPS instructions and there is NO aux in input.
I've tried Halford's and a couple of other places for solutions, but they won't do anything that isn't approved by the manufacturer, and Fiat don't appear to carecare. In fact, Fiat are being completely unhelpful to their own customers, offering no solutions.
(My guess is that Fiat/Blue&Me backed the wrong technology - Microsoft - and are now making us pay for their poor decision instead of helping us.)
So...does anyone know the best/most elegant/cheapest way to get rid of that Blue&Me dinosaur piece of dreck kit and replace it with anything that works?
