Engine identification
« on: May 22, 2019, 07:16:06 pm »
Hi.
Tomorrow, I may become the proud owner of my first Abarth, a 600 1000TC. Its is a replica, and I am happy with the price and the work that has been done, but speed is of the essence as he has a queue of people wanting to see the car, and I am first in line.
The only thing I am concerned with, is how do I identify an abarth engine?
I have attached a couple of photos, but wondered if anyone could give a complete ignorant novice with these engines a few things to look for?
I am buying the car as a fun car , and exact detailing isnt so important, but do want it to have the correct engine. Thanks for any advice. If I buy it, I will post a lot more photos when I have collected it.
Paul
