    Not impressed at all with the customer service, i had a fault on my brand new car which was leaking water into the boot, they gave me a curtesy car for 2 weeks, i picked it up after being told that it was all sorted but later that day it belted it down with rain and it leaked far worse than it did before ( they sent it to another garage to fix it ). I took it straight back and was told there was no more curtesy cars left, which left me car less for 2 more weeks, i also had to drop the car off myself at the other garage. Was prosmised phone calls of updates but got nothing from arnold clark, the other garage did fortunately. I rang 2 days ago about a problem with my xenon lights washer not working and was told they would get back to me but still waiting for the call. I will never buy another car from arnold clark leeds as they cant wait to take your money (they pestered me to pick my car up earlier than i wanted to for there end of months figues) but dont want to bother ringing back when you have a problem with your car when they say they will
