Seeing as i bought my A500 from here i better leave some feedback,

First thing i have to say the guy who sold me my car was called Jonathan, the guy was very approachable from the very start. At first i only went to be nosey at the cars they had at the garage as the AGP had always taken my fancy, but after talking to Jonathan for a good 20 mins about the car and having a sit in the showroom car i knew this was the car for me, i left saying i would have a good think about the car leaving my contact details.

There was no pressure calls trying to get me to buy the car or hassling me to come in for a test drive, he let me contact him in my own time. A test drive was arranged and i was taken out in a brand new A500 that was destined for the showroom floor, on the test drive there was no pressure sale or anything of that sort just a nice leisurely drive, that was untill i was prompted to press the sport button and give it a good hard drive, the car i test drove was full leather and i wasn't a great fan, to which i was invited to the back of the garage to try a car they had in stock with cloth seats to see if i preferred them.

After the test drive again no pressure sale there was a discussion over finance figures, once this was over i left once again with some thinking to do. I knew i wanted the car but left it a few days to try and get a better deal, there was no phone calls from Corkills asking me if i still wanted the car it was all in my own time which compared to buying cars in the past i have had them calling me every hour about "new deals" i could have, so this was a refreshing change.

A couple of days after my test drive i rang Jonathan to say i wanted the car so i was invited in to "do the deal", i wanted a stealth campovolo grey with cloth seats and standard 16" alloys. He was straight onto his computer to try and find a brand new one in the country already so that i didn't have to wait the 3 months it would have took ordering from the factory (impatient customer). The car was found and the order placed, there was obviously some extras and a better deal financially for me to sweeten the deal and Jonathan did his best to get me what i wanted and do me the best deal.

Once i had signed the finance agreement i found a mistake in the terms to do with the annual millage, again Jonathan was easily contacted and immediately amended the mistake and had me sign a new deal and shredded the old one (this was in my favor, extra miles added). Once again being the awkward customer i wanted 17" petals after getting some extra money for my old car, so i rang up Corkills and they had a spare set in the back that were brand new that a customer did not want, he organised these be fitted to my A500 as soon as it was delivered and only charged me at the price it would have cost to add to the car in the first place.

Delivery of the car happened 2 weeks after my order which included a bank holiday weekend, the car came very well presented with the petals already bolted on, a surprise was in order as the car also came with split rear seats which i did not order and i wasn't charged for. 3 or 4 days after i had took the car i had a phone call off Jonathan to say i had overpaid my deposit by £25 and would i like to come collect the money, this was great honesty by the staff of Corkills.

Last bit i promise, after a week of owning the car i noticed the side skirt was peeling from the body, i visited Corkills to tell them of my problem and a member of staff came out looked at the problem took some photos and i was booked in with there company car cosmetics (on the same premises), i dropped the car off for its appointment and within a couple of hours my car was ready. A courtesy car was offered but i only live 5 min walk away so i declined this.

I had a great experience buying my Abarth from Corkills Cheshire Oaks and would defiantly recommend them after my experience dealing with them.

So after exactly one month of owning Albartho I will give my feedback.

I have been going into Corkhills on a few occasions over the months as I knew the A500 was (probably) going to be my next car so I have never really had the sales pitch from any of the reps there, it has always been very pleasant trip when going pass.
In April, Corkhills appeared to have some pre-ordered A500's delivered and on show, probably to make up figures from 1st quarter and to my surprise there was the one I wanted with the exact spec. Even at this point I had no intension of purchasing a car, it was a plan to have one for my 40th, I digress.
BF and I asked could we have a look inside, William kindly got the keys and helped us from that moment on.
BF managed to get the deal he wanted and they kindly swapped the spoke alloys that were on them with petals from the showroom car for me. We picked up Albartho 5 days later and William showed us the car (open bonnet leaver, fuel cap etc) and also B&M. On the most a good experience.
Out of 5 stars 4 and 1/2 only because he told us there was 12 months tax and there was only 6 and most of the test drive I had was in a 2 year old A500 from the used bit which the sport button didn't work on, which forced them to allow me to test drive the one I wanted but not to put too many miles on incase I didn't buy it. Which it had 7 miles on when I got it....
Otherwise, I sssooooo love my car, thanks William at Corkhills.

I have A500, Bossa Nova White, 5 Petal Boots, Red Tattoo and Ears, Red Leather. My Albartho.
