Brought my A500 from Glyn Hopkins Fiat in Chelmsford they had it sent from Romford Abarth, the sale went smoothly but the after sale care has been 100% POO to put it nicely, a few things with the car went wrong so before Christmas took the car in to see if they could sort it under warranty, they said that was fine and would call after x-mas to book it in "Great"!! Well a month had passed didn't hear back so I gave them a call and they said sorry they didn't get back and book it in for the bumper to be painted due to flaking paint, took the car in first thing in the morning and collected it in the evening to find the work had not been done, due to the mobile painter not being in on Thursdays so I wasted my time, the service manager said he will give me a call on Monday to re-book it, Monday went so I left it till today and gave them a call, the service manager wasn't free as he was on the phone but was told he will phone me back straight after but surprise, surprise no reply!!
I have given up now and will not be taking my car there for any work!! Moan over
