Just returned from 1yr oil service (5100miles only) on my 500essesse. Allan (service manager) very helpful as always.
He managed to print off wheel geometry settings for me so I can get Protyre to set it up with their laser kit.
Meridien loaned me a standard A500 with 900 miles on it...I hadnt appreciated how much more power and throttle response my esseesse had...the A500 felt very pedestrian.

    thanks to all at Meridien

Just to say that Allan was a great help and managed to sort my peeling centre caps out under warranty. A really nice guy who had a chat with me about my car. Big thumbs up!!

I've been using Meridien Milano for the last four years now.

Haven't been able to fault them once throughout my time in Alfa's. Allan is a great service manager and he's put countless warranty issues through for me over the years. In fact my Alfa has had over £6000 of warranty work without a single issue.

Just purchased yet another car from them and as always John has been fantastic.

Great Service Team and a great Sales Team as well, Well worth the 200 mile round trip for me.

It might also be worth noting, that Meridien are one of the few Alfa Romeo Service Centers that carry three Master Technicians, so I have no doubt my New Abarth is in safe hands.

Have to reiterate what others have said on here. Meridien really are superb. I've just moved house and took my 500Abarth in for the 18k service and to fix a couple of other things. Prior to the service I had used the Thames branch and without wanting to discredit the Thames dealership (who I found to be fine in general), the difference in quality between Thames and Meridien is astounding, with Meridien spending a lot of time to discuss any problems, giving regular feedback and generally really helpful and very approachable, with Allan being considerably helpful. To top it off, I got a lovely 135bhp Alfa Mito as a courtesy car instead of a 1.2 500 - and they cleaned my car! Top notch!

Well I have just picked mine from this dealer yesterday, so cannot comment on the service part. However, the sales team - Drew - was really helpful. For me - being rathar young and foreign - was nice to be treated as another customer, most of other garages mostly kept ignoring me(!)

    Thank you !

I have no problem discrediting the Thames dealership, my experiences with them have been uniformly terrible. Meridien Milano, on the other hand, I have received nothing but excellent service from when they serviced my car, and I'm very happy to recommend their service department. They're also very good at replying to emails, which isn't always the case with many other dealers, in my experience (to be clear, I mean dealers in general for this last part, not just Abarth ones).

Bought np 500 in march. Drew friendly & not pushy. Nurburgring
trip for honeymoon(!). Faultless apart from a bolt from truck
mashing the screen. Still not got the screen valance fitted
flush with the screen.  No fault of dealer though. Had 2
services before my tenure at kwik fit so thought it prudent
to have the 18,000 at Meridien. Good decision. Believe in
proper dealer servicing. They know the car inside out.
Sure they will spot & cure squeeking rear brake discs
before an independent not familiar with this little 'foible!'

Anyway the price was less than a full service for a seat
Arosa amazingly. All I have left to do is have a drivers
seat tilt mechanism replaced under warranty.

Took my car back early december as required clutch thrust bearing replaced under warranty. Alan was most helpful, courteous and efficient. Loan car at the ready.  When I returned the loan car and collected my A500, on returning home I realised I had left my Sat. Nav in it's case on the loan car seat.

Quick call to Alan, he put it in the post, recorded delivery and I got it back the next day. All at no charge.

So A1 as far as I am concerned

just bought a 14k car from this dealer and didnt get any mats.
in all the excitement i didnt realise until halfway home.
emailed them the next morning and they refused to help.
is it too much to expect a £50 set of mats in a £14000 deal ??

Just had my 2 year oil/filter and brake fluid change at 14400 miles.

All very efficient, courtesy car ready( £18 insurance waiver but it was brand new Mito 135)

Stopped the driver seat squeaking FOC but above work was £205 inc vat.

As a retired mechanic it breaks my heart to pay that :'(

All in all, job well done :thumb:

So biggy next, 18000 mile service + MOT next April :thumbd:

Went to the dealer this Monday to look over an abarth....from the moment I called I dealt with Hugh Nash and I can only say the whole experience was faultless.... To the extent I left having bought the Abarth....

Why was it such a good experience.... Here are a few reasons....
    1) great selection of cars
    2) clean showroom
    3) great receptionist
    4) I was offered a coffee (you would be surprised how nanny places miss this)
    5) honest conversation on the car... No silly haggling....good knowledge of car range
    6) car ready for test drive parked outside clean and washed...
    7) wiling to do a deal
    8) nothing was too much bother

It's amazing how many places forget the basics of taking care of the customer. Will now look to service the car there even though I live in London!

Retro cool... Nothing will match it!

i have an issue with this dealer
i bought a 2nd hand 500 abarth from them in december and they werent exactly truthful about the cars history.
as they are a main dealer i took them at their word as i live almost 300 miles away but that has backfired on me bigstyle.
i have been dealing with Luke Riche whos job title is Dealer Principal, he has not given me any pertinent answers after 11 days and now he appears to be ignoring me.
not what i expected after spending 14k on one of their cars.
anyone had similar issues with this dealer ??
