Ordered my APE a few days ago now, over the phone to Jonny. He really is a gent. Only one gripe is that he is unable to magic my APE out a hat and now having to rely on the Italian`s to get their act together.
Can't wait for the delivery date. Literally on hooks everytime the phone rings, just in case one has been sourced elsewhere.

This is going to be a long couple of months. 

I picked up my new wheels on Wednesday and I love it!
Anyway, the service I got was fantastic.  The dealership has an Abarth Specialist who loves his fast cars, Johnny. He guided me through all the options, specs etc before I finally made my mind up to go ahead and collect the car I'd seen on the Internet.

All in all it was sorted and I picked the car up within 24 hours. Sadly it wasn't very clean and it was not exactly how I expected it to be from a reputable main dealer.  However there was no trouble to change and during the time I was in the dealership a warm welcome was presented although interruptions persisted throughout the hand over process due to demands by others needing Johnny's attention.

Despite the poor cleanliness a thumbs up to SG Petch, I can't recommend Johnny enough- he isn't your usual pushy salesman he is courteous and very knowledgable.   I'll let you know how they perform as time passes, hopefully the cleanliness issue was due to the high numbers of vehicles going out that day.

I have just completed the purchase of my brand new Supersport, Jonny has been truly amazing throughout the whole experience however its with great sadness that I have to say Jonny will be leaving SG Petch within the next couple of weeks for pastures new.

I wish him well for the future.

Just booked my AGP in with SG Petch for the 25th Jan, guys were very helpful. Its the 36000 mile full service, was meant to be £480, i said i didnt need the air filter changing, so he had a look and got it for a round £400, ill report back on my experience

Well it went in today, SG Petch not filling me with any more confidence.

Dad dropped it off and confirmed they were going to look at the Air Con as it packed in again (for the 3rd time) and they didn't know about the problem despite me calling them yesterday about it. The chap at the service desk then asked my dad who normally pays for the repairs to the car  . My dad told him as far as he was aware it was them as the car is only 8 months old!

They also dont appear to have any history of the air con failing the other two times despite the last time it going caused the alternator to kill itself!

My dad also mentioned about the left over oil and the chap tried telling my dad it wasn't special oil and it came from a big drum! I hope the engineers know better than this person. He seems clueless about an Abarth.

Just had my 14 plate abarth in for a small bit of overspray removing from bumper spoiler. Not the best repair i've seen, all they've done is scratched it off with a blade leaving little scratches in plastic. Adding to that they've had to replace my 2 day old turismo gear knob which they managed to scratch. Got home thinking i'd got away lightly only to discover a few scratches on drivers side skirt, not pleased is an understatment. Will not be returning again. Only plus was the service bloke was real nice and very helpfull at sorting other peoples carelessness. Anyone know best product for scuff removal?
