Can't fault Thames Fiat in Slough with anything! They are all very helpful and upfront with you! Ajay was my salesman and I found him very pleasant and easy to talk to. On my test drive he just let me get on with it, felt like I was just driving along with one of my mates which was great!

Since buying my Abarth Grande Punto back in August this year it has had to go in two times for warranty work relating to the blue and me system on both accessions I have been dealt with professionally and quickly. Any time I have been in the dealership or on the phone I have been dealt with by A1 service!

There is a very very strong chance I will be getting my next car from Thames Fiat Slough when the time comes around!

Had my first service last week(6K), the service was done within a few hours. Had a 500 courtousy car, not used to driving standard cars ha ha. Overall a great experience once again from Lynne and Mr Fennell.Keep up the good work and customer service :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

Great car buying experience with Abb and Tim.

Spent a lot of time with myself and the wife discussing all the options and trim levels on the 595 Abarth .

Had a road in a 595 and that pretty much sold It to me

They took my Grande Punto Abarth in part ex and i was pleased with the finance deal.

Extremely happy and i would recommend them to friends and family

Decided to upgrade my shifter for the aluminium Scorpion version. Thought this would be easy so I spoke to my localish dealer who wasn't prepared to post it to me as they don't have a need to use the post on a daily basis (go figure). Clearly I was no exception to that rule. He then proceeded to tell me part was on back order. Generally unhelpful and they definitely won't be getting my service business.

Went to eBay and found dealer selling one so I ordered. Following day a message to say its on back order and refunded my money.

Remembered hearing all the positive feedback about Thames so I ended up speaking to Dave in parts. He was really pleasant off the bat. Confirmed that the part was on back order but wanted to have a little search to see if he could help. Do you know at that point he had already surpassed the apathy I had experienced from others and won me over.

The good news is not only did he find me the shifter but did me a deal on an oil and fuel cap. What a top top man.

Thames Abarth are fantastic! They have gone to the top of my go to list in future. He may have given away some profit but he won me as a customer. They will definitely get my service business; it would be worth the drive!

    Well done Thames.
