    Some feedback for the community.

    I attended on 22nd July to have the recall on the wiring loom completed. To date (over 4 weeks later) they have still not advised Abarth UK this has been done and I am still receiving letters.

    At the same time I had an issue where the passenger seat back is scraped at the bottom where it has been folded to let passengers in the back. I was told I would be contacted next day, however it took 3 weeks to get an answer, even with Arnold clark Customer Services involved.

    I booked the seat warranty work for last Thursday and AC Dundee is a 2 hour drive for me. I arrived and booked the car in at 9am and asked them to contact me ASAP as I would just be wondering about Dundee with nothing to do all day. No-one contacted me so I phoned at 3pm (and got put on hold for 10 minutes). Outcome is that they hadn't done the work as they didn't have the correct tools. That wasted a whole day off work and £30 of fuel.

    I have contacted Abarth about this as I have no confidence in AC Dundee as a dealership. I know they have recently been approved but it sounds like they are untrained.
