Went here not long after getting my Abarth.
I had phoned them first and told them that the drivers door handle had broken,they said they would look at it for me and should be able to do it under warranty depsite me not getting the car from them to begin with.
Took it in and they had a look that took several hours(?) to tell me the door handle was broken,they would order the part and I would come back a week later for them to fit it.
Went again a week later and they hadn't ordered the part,I had though and took it with me,they had a look and said it was genuine so would fit it so left it with them.
Spent 6 hours in Gloucester and heard nothing,went back and the car was still sat in the same spot I had parked it in,asked for my keys and part back and left.
