    160?

Well done ABagp you have obviously looked back and seen that for 2009 there were 150 Grey A500 registered in the UK and you are very close with your 160 it is in fact the case that there were 166 Grey A500's registered in the UK in 2010 so representing 14.49% of 2010 total UK registered A500's the 150 in 2009 represented 13.23% of that years total.

So after all that you should be able to work out that with a 2010 total of 1,145 the rarest colour is Grey 166 followed by Red 178 then in 2nd place black with 236 so leaving 565 White A500's registered in the UK in 2010.

As i mentioned in a previous post it is interesting to see that despite Grey now being the standard colour which was previously White it is the rarest colour.

    Colour Choice Chart A500

             2009           2010
    1st     White          White
    2nd    Black           Black
    3rd     Grey            Red
    4th     Red            Grey

The data you are after was on page 15 in relation to 2010 APE registrations by colour but here it is again.

    White     32   37%
Grey       25   29% the new for Punto colour that was not available on the AGP
    Black      16   18%
    Red        14   16%

    TOTAL    87

So if he owns an APE as at the end of December 87 is the answer and you have the split of the colours if he wants to know how many others exist of his colour.

Hozepipe i am working on your request but it involves some more tweaking.

    Statoholic update

Just to let you know that the UK market was the biggest in terms of units for 2010 outside of Italy. We beat Germany! Yes the UK market registered 37.5% more A500 & C's than those registered in Germany they did still register more AGP/APE's but not as many as in 2009 so the difference is only just in 3 digits in terms of units.

ringraziarla molto or thank you very much.

Jon i am currently trying a statoholic special to extract the figures for the other RHD market Japan but it is quite a task but i can give the following as a taster
Thses are the full year figures
                          2010      2009
    FIAT               5,562      4,345
    FERRARI             493         548
    ROLLS ROYCE       74           21

I belive that the Abarth figures are included in the FIAT figure of 5,562 for 2010 the only other place is in その他 = Other

    Statoholic quick update JAN 11

These are not detailed yet but here we go

    A500 (all varriants)   68
    APE                       10

    Total                      78

Both A & B sectors are down over 33% Jan 11 to Jan 10 so a positive for Abarth in Jan 11

OK Statoholics sorry for the lack of my usual high level of data but lets deal with January first

    Jan 2011       PY Jan 2009

    A500    49            66
    A500C  19              0

               68            66

    APE      10             0
    AGP       0             2

    Total    78            68

    So OK now for February

    February 2011    PY Feb 2010
                                                       YTD
    A500     14             30                      63
    A500C   10               0                      29

                24             30                      92

    APE       11              0                       21
    AGP        0              3

    Total      35            33                      113

So APE registrations were good for February with 1 unit more than in January and i can let you know that despite March being the new '11' plate month in the first few days you only need the digits of one hand to count how many APE's have been registered. In fact February saw the number of UK registered APE's exceed 100 that has been 8 months for that to happen.

A500's well down compared to Feb 10 in fact combined with A500C's it is still less than Feb 10. On the colour front White even though it is now a cost option is by far the most popular with 55.55% of this years A500's registrations to the end of Feb and i can let you know that 50% of March registrations so far are White also. As at the end of Feb Red was in the #2 position for the A500 with a healthy 19% share so leaving thje remaining 25.5% betweeen Black & Grey.
