Great stats Delaney. Keep up the excellent work.

Missed out on APE registrations for Oct 10, Nov 10 and Dec 10, do know that 32 were registered according to your figures, any breakdowns for those three months?

Above is my post for Oct 10 figures which shows the APE number (yes it was APE's only. The last AGP registered in the UK (as at 08/03/11) was a Black one registered Sept 10 HOWEVER THAT DOESN'T MEAN IT THAT WILL BE THE LAST ONE EVER!!)

November 2010 15 APE's registered in UK
December 2010 11 APE's registered in UK

50% of the Nov Dec APE's registrations were White.

Hi Delany, did you get anywhere with your research as to how many 695's have entered the UK?

I think I remember that 1,597 were being produced and would assume approx 10-20% would be for us.

152 was the number I'd heard. That's coming over in total, not necessarily the state of play right now.

That is no where near the number that will stay in the U.K. though, the RHD are desirable to other countries without Abarth dealers.

The figure of 152 is correct BUT that was stated as the supply to the UK market and not total RHD supply but due to the way it has been delt with as commented above RHD cars are required for in Europe UK, IoM, Jersey, Guernsey along with Republic of Ireland, Malta and Cyprus. All of these islands have a very long and historic association with mainland UK speak English so i think you might understand what could be possible!! A number of these locations are shall we say tax havens so a very strong market for such products.
Other major RHD markets Japan (there is an Abarth network here but supply and demand) the West Indies again a close association with UK, Australasia most of Southern Africa, India, Hong Kong.

I might be able to comment a bit more in the future.

So the chances of me ever seeing another blue one in the UK are pretty slim. Nearly as much chance as winning the lottery

It is pretty slim Hozepipe but the blue seems to be the least exported colour.
The Hong Kong buyers wanted red or yellow.

Right i can reveal that the Abarth 695's are classified as 'Previously used or registered abroad before first registration in UK' so do not show up in the new vehicle registrations.

Here for your information are Audi R8 Registration details

So in fact the standard A500 with 63 registraions for Jan Feb 11 is more exclusive than the Audi R8. The 2011 figures so far for the R8 are up on 2010 13 & 6 = 19 2010 55 & 10 = 65 2011.

Do i understand correctly that you have a Blue 695 on order?
